Jeroen Jongejans
Founder & Director
Mr Perpetual Positive Energy. Jeroen lived on the Tutukaka Coast for nearly 40 years, orchestrating the sinking of dive vessels, advocating for marine conservation, and building Dive! Tutukaka into what it is today. His passion and vision continue to guide everything we do. Jeroen passed away in 2022.

Kevin Delonge
Operations Manager
Skipper for over 15 years, 10 of those with us. Kevin manages all three dive boats and is a qualified PADI Staff Instructor with extensive technical diving experience.
Kaitlin Lawrence
Shore Base Manager
Marine scientist, Divemaster, underwater photographer, and whale guide in Niue. Kaitlin manages shore base operations and equipment servicing.
Steven Bowen
Skipper / Staff Instructor
Originally from Wales, Steven taught diving in the South Island before travelling globally. An active instructor and skipper for over 10 years, he operates all vessels in the fleet.
Stephen Hemstalk
Course Director / Skipper
15+ years with us as an instructor and skipper. Stephen manages the diving training programme and brings a wealth of teaching experience to every course.
Carole Robert
Skipper / Instructor
PADI Staff Instructor from France with over 10 years of experience across the Caribbean, Mozambique, and Spain. Carole recently earned her skipper qualifications here in New Zealand.
Olly Curran
Perfect Day Snorkel Host / Back Deck Technician
AOW certified diver and keen surfer. Olly is passionate about sharks and the marine environment, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every Perfect Day cruise.
Jesse Erceg-Gray
Shore Base Operations
Resident artist with a degree, coastal kid, and designer of our uniforms. Jesse manages the dive shop and keeps shore base running smoothly.
Noah Edwards
Back Deck Technician / Quality Dive Coordinator
A multi-role team member currently in skipper training and pursuing his Divemaster certification. Noah brings dedication and a sharp eye for quality to every trip.
