Jeroen Jongejans
Founder
Mr Perpetual Positive Energy. Jeroen lived on the Tutukaka Coast for nearly 40 years, orchestrating the sinking of dive vessels, advocating for marine conservation, and building Dive! Tutukaka into what it is today. His passion and vision continue to guide everything we do. Jeroen passed away in 2022.

Kevin Delonge
Operations Manager
Skipper for over 15 years, 10 of those with us. Kevin manages all three dive boats and is a qualified PADI Staff Instructor with extensive technical diving experience.
Kaitlin Lawrence
Shore Base Manager
A Marine scientist, Divemaster, Underwater photographer, and whale guide in Niue. Kaitlin has been with us for 8 years and now manages our Shore Base operations.
Steven Bowen
Skipper / Staff Instructor
Originally from Wales, Steven taught diving in the South Island before travelling globally. An active instructor and skipper for over 10 years, he operates all vessels in the fleet.
Stephen Hemstalk
Course Director / Skipper
15+ years with us as an instructor and skipper. Stephen manages the diving training programme and brings a wealth of teaching experience to every course.
Carole Robert
Skipper / Instructor
PADI Staff Instructor from France with over 11 years of experience across the Caribbean, Africa, Middle East and Spain. Carole has been working with us for 7 years and became a skipper 2 years ago.
Olly Curran
Divemaster / Qualified Deck Crew
Started working as a wash crew, Olly did his Open Water and kept going all the way to Divemaster with us! Olly loves the Ocean, so when he's not diving, you'll find him surfing at our local beach
Cori Brown
PADI MSDT
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer with 6 years of instructing experience. Cori is happiest in and under the water, even happier when she can share the experience with others. She is a nomad at heart but this will be her fourth season with us!
Jesse Erceg-Gray
Shore Base Operations
Resident artist with a degree, coastal kid, and designer of our uniforms. Jesse manages the dive shop and keeps shore base running smoothly.
Charlie Harris
PADI MSDT
Charlie is a MSDT and has been working in the dive industry since 2019. After training and working in Spain, he moved to NZ and has been working with us since 2023. His favourite sighting has been either orcas in Maroro Bay or a manta ray at Northern Arch!
