Boat trips involve time onboard vessels with limited medical treatment available. Decks may be slippery, and the ocean environment presents hazards including current, surge, waves, and rocks. Water temperatures range from 22°C in summer to 15°C in winter.
The Poor Knights Islands are a marine reserve where wildlife should be treated as wild and untamed with potential for serious harm from bites or stings. Children must be actively supervised at all times.
Medical Information
Participants with heart or lung disorders, asthma, epilepsy, or insulin-dependent diabetes must declare these conditions prior to participation. We reserve the right to withdraw individuals deemed unsafe and cancel any trip, diving, or other activity if we become concerned for any reason for your safety.
