Kia ora,
I am sure you are aware that we are not running at the moment.
The NZ Lockdown is unfortunate but inevitable, and the right thing to do. We have a better chance than other countries to get the virus under control.
Stay in your bubble, stay at home, and be kind.
We will be understanding, kind and compassionate however at this stage we simply do not know when we can re-open.
It is likely to be when we have an Alert that drops to Level Two, and we hope that will be sometime in late April ....but it may not be.
We will announce when we are able to open, and please keep an eye on our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/DiveTutukaka
and our website https://diving.co.nz/news
Please feel free to email [email protected] and we are still answering the phone as luckily we have just moved above the dive shop. =) So our bubble means we can still work from home, and home is our work.
We both are ticking off a list of jobs, admin, marketing, wages are still being paid, gardening, and cleaning all our boats - keeping everything here in tip-top condition - as our main aim is to re-open and hit the ground running.
It is hard for us to not do anything, and to not be on the water!
Our focus is our amazing team and keeping them on the payroll.
Tutukaka will be open again and we remain open-hearted. Ironically, diving at the moment is probably the best it has been this season. Calm winds and warm weather.
The Poor Knights Islands will still be here in a couple of months, and we hope you will be able to travel at some point to visit.
Keep safe.
x
