We have a little bit of COVID apnea today, as we hold our breath for any locations of interest after one positive in Whangarei...
this is our morning sunrise, and we have a boat out diving.

We are getting so many cancellations, we are pretty good at it now! And we are always understanding - no one is at fault. It just is what it is.

It is getting a little bit harder each time but we know it is the right thing.
Sending everyone love, and strength, and kindness.

Kia kaha, kia mārū, kia atawhai
(be strong, be calm, be kind)

We will be clear and concise with our COVID communications.

We are QR scanning in, and our Bluetooth is turned on.

If we feel sick, we stay at home.

When we ask COVID questions we will make no judgments, and always be respectful and kind.

We will sanitise pre-and post-task.

We have increased our disinfection and hygiene routines.

We will keep at least 1 metre apart, where possible.

We may limit the number of people allowed in enclosed spaces

We will always ventilate indoor boat cabins.

We will wear masks wherever possible.

We will wear masks in our Poor Knights Dive Centre, and once we enter the vessel to commence the journey, although we recommend masks, at times they are not practical in a wet environment.

We will make sure everyone is aware of this risk.

We will keep our personal belongings close, and not exchange equipment outside our bubbles.

Staff are exempt from physical distancing requirements where they need to have physical contact with the customer to carry out their service - this means when we issue safety gear and commence activities that require close contact for safety.

You will be involved in an activity that makes mask-wearing impractical. You will be on a vessel where there is a moist and wet environment, and others will be partaking of this activity on the boat even if you do not.

This is an activity in an outdoor environment and will be well ventilated.

We will manage all risks we can, and maintain all controls where practical.

You need to be aware that mask-wearing will not be possible in all environments when you commence our activity.

You will be on an unstable platform, and water-based activities will be undertaken around you.
