What does the course involve?
The course is designed to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for individuals to effectively perform diver rescues and assists, manage diving accident situations and render proper first aid. You must be a minimum of 15 years. The course runs for 2 days.

- Surfacing the unconscious diver

What do I need to supply?
- Evidence of Advanced Open Water qualification (or equivalent)
- Evidence that you have completed a sanctioned course in CPR in the last 24 months
The PADI medical questionnaire. It is very important that you have no history of asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, heart or lung conditions, or chronic sinus/ear conditions. If you have any of these we will need to see a doctor’s certificate stating that you are fit to dive.
Prescription medication, surgery in the last 12 months, as well as a positive COVID-19 test, are recent additions - please make sure you are good to go on all of these - we hate disappointing people in the morning, 'cos we really want to get you diving!
