Paddle Boards at Poor Knights
Paddle Boards at Poor Knights

Stand up and paddle on a surf board, a cross between a kayak and a long board? The first time ever, paddle boards have been out at the Poor Knights Islands, and it won't be the last!

Some of our friends on the coast here, received special Christmas presents, and we decided to load them on the Perfect Day for a paddle in Maroro Bay.

These long board kayak hybrids, are fantastic, and a new twist on the way we explore the Poor Knights Islands.

You can surf on them, paddle them, knee board, and stand up for an all over even tan!

We will be getting a whole lot more for our boats, and watch out for the ones with a clear see-through window in the middle of the board.

Bob and Kristy paddle in the bay.

Great family day.

I would like to once again thank the crew of El Tigre for offering fantastic service for our New Yrs Eve dives, both myself, my fiance and our Australian friends loved the day.  Pure Magic!!! We had the most amazing time even more so as my (now fiance) proposed 15m down in a cave at Bradys corner.  The crew gave us a signed book of the Poor Knights to rememeber our special dive and it really topped off a super day and will be treasured.
I hope to come back again and dive with your team, next time maybe as a married woman with my husband!! It will always be a special place for us as it was such a magical day!
Thanks again!
Happy Diving grin
