Weather report for Friday 19th, Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st and Monday the 22nd August, plus a bit into Tuesday too. 2011
Our Freaky Friday Night dive tonight will have a 10-15 knot southerly zephyr, the sea is looking flat calm, and the tide is a low at 5pm.
Saturday out to the nights sees a drop to a 10 knot southerly to SE, which will be awesome.
Sunday it stays at 10 knots SSE and Monday it delivers a delicious variable which only gently moves up to 10 knots with a westerly in the southerly.
All in all? A very settled week ahead, staying in this pattern until at least Wednesday.
If you have a soft spot for winter diving, this week will showcase some of the best the Poor Knights has to offer. Low light, clear waters, clear clear crisp horizons, and exciting little finds.
Our boats go 364 days of the year unless weather conditions prevent us from going. We have a strong eye on the coast up here, and often the pattern is different out at the Islands.
Our experienced crew make the call on the morning of the dive day, generally around 7am.
Keep in touch with our base 0800 288 882 the day prior to your dive.

ChrisIn Jan about 6 of us from the Royal Air Force Target Rifle Team (UK) came out with you for diving and snorkelling.
Firstly I must say we had a great time. On departure I took the attached photograph which to me shows what a supremely well motivated team you have. The guest in the picture, Karen Ryan, was awarded the T shirt. Her claim to fame was that she didn’t even like getting her face wet in the shower, but you introduced her successfully to snorkelling.
