Weather Report for Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 17th of July - plus a little bit into next week.
Southwest 20 dropping to 15 knots with virtually nil swell, makes a nice change and the full moon coming up generally gives us a nice calm window.
The outlook for Sunday is a SW turning to a South east of even less 15- dropping to 10 knots and that continues into Tuesday and Wednesday too.
The forecast is for an easterly swing, and about 10 knots for much of next week. Under a metre from the east in terms of swell.
Steady visibility at the 25 metre mark, and a water temperature of 16 degrees, nice winter diving.
Our boats go 364 days of the year unless weather conditions prevent us from going. We have a strong eye on the coast up here, and often the pattern is different out at the Islands.
Our experienced crew make the call on the morning of the dive day, generally around 7am.
Keep in touch with our base 0800 288 882 the day prior to your dive.
