Weather Report for Saturday the 10th and Sunday the 11th April 2010
This easterly breeze will stay around for the next wee while, Saturday sees more south in it, an ESE of 10-15 knots, changes to straight easterly on Sunday and Monday with a northerly aspect coming in on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The swell stays constant at 1.5 metres, and no rain is forecast.
Nutshell? Looking great for diving the Poor Knights Islands, light 10-15 knots and clear skies.
20 metre visibility, and 20 degrees in the water.
That temp will slowly start to drop now, but still looking good!!
Our boats go 364 days of the year unless weather conditions prevent us from going. We have a strong eye on the coast up here, and often the pattern is different out at the Islands.
Our experienced crew make the call on the morning of the dive day, generally around 7am.
Keep in touch with our base 0800 288 882 the day prior to your dive.
