Snippets from blogs and other comments on the Poor Knights Islands, and their time diving with us. Independent review and honest opinion! You can't get better than that!
Located near the northern tip of New Zealand’s North Island, the secluded Tutukaka coast is relatively undiscovered even by local standards. But the area’s natural treasures are plentiful, and ANNA THOMAS shares them in her diary of a perfect weekend getaway.
Donelle came out for a couple of days diving, and took some pretty cool photos...and wanted to take us home!
Leslie and Jake came out for a day, and blogged about their day with us. Lookin' pretty hot in those wetsuits!
For reasons of which I’m not quite sure, New Zealand has erased any since of direction in my possession, not that there was much to begin with. I’m having an amusingly difficult time keeping track of which side of the island I’m on.
At this moment, however, I’m certain that I am in Tutukaka on an absolutely beautiful stretch of the Northeastern Coast.

Chad, June 2009Just a quick note to say thanks again for the GREAT day of diving off Poor Knights! I can see why that area was so highly rated by Jacque. It was so great to get back in the water after 4 years. Your professional service and attention to details were the best I have seen since I have been diving. The background on the islands and the plant and animal life was also a nice twist.
Thanks especially to Hemi for running over the basic dive drills and making me feel safe and confident back in the water.
If I ever make it back to NZ, I will definitely come out again. I will also let any diving buddies heading that way to look you guys up.
